Booking Conditions

Pick up at Airport includes 30 minutes waiting time at Bromma and 45 minutes at Arlanda from the actual landing time.
Additional waiting time charged per every started 15 minutes with 0,25 times of actual rate per hour.
Rate for transfers from City to Terminal is always non stop and includes 5 min waiting time.

For the periods and dates 24-26/12, 31/12-1/1, Epiphany, 1/5, Moundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter day, Easter Monday, 6/6, Midsummer eve and Midsummers day there will be an add on with 30 % on normal rates.

Cancellation Policy

Transfer – Cancellation within 3 hours before start of service or after 21 pm (LT) for start of service before 9 am the day after is 100 % charged.
Cancellation within 3 hours before pick-up time or after 9.00 PM for pick-up time before 9.00 AM the day after – full charge.
Cancellation of ”Plan your own day” within 12 hours before pick-up – charge 2 hours.
No-show is always 100 % charged according to original booking.
